What is the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?

Raw hair is 100% AUTHENTIC.It has not been steamed or processed.The hair is very silky.It comes from different donors who have not used an chemicals on their hair.Every bundle has one donor .Raw hair comes in straight ,wavy and curly.

 

Virgin Hair has not been under any chemical processes however 1 bundle will not have one donor in it.Our bundles have 2-3 donors maximum.Virgin hair is also steamed to achieve desired patterns which are kinky curl,body wave,deep wave,straight,water wave,kinky straight

 

Are you able to send me same colour of raw hair?

Queen Diva tries as much as possible to match your bundles.Our raw hair is the most authentic and sourced from India.The hair is from different donors and mostly no two heads are exactly the same.The hair usually has the natural colour of 1B TO 2.The colour is natural colour nothing has been altered.

 

How many grams is a bundle?

 Our bundles are approximately 95- 100 grams.

 

Can l use heat on my hair?

Yes! you may use heat styling tools on your Queen Diva Hair

We advise you to use heat protector.Our hair both virgin and raw Indian are free from chemicals therefore you can change the colour by bleaching or dying with no problems.To bleach #613 you need our raw single donor hair.

 

Can l wash my hair?

Yes.You may wash you hair both Raw Indian and Virgin Brazilian/Peruvian/Malaysian.We suggest using a good shampoo and conditioner an example is Argan oil morocco products and TRESemmé Moisture Rich: Shampoo and Conditioner.We recommend washing it 1-2times a week and letting it air dry.Treat it like your own hair.

  

Do you ship Internationally and what is the duration?

Yes.Duration may differ depending on location.Europe is usually 3-7 working days.Africa 7-10 working days.This time includes preparation time.Custom orders take longer an email will be sent out to you after your the confirmation order.

 

How long does Queen Diva Hair last?

 Our hair last up to 3 years with good maintenance

  

Returns and Refunds

Custom Orders

We unfortunately cannot ACCEPT RETURNS on any custom orders.Custom (dyed and coloured )orders are considered FINAL SALE with no refunds or exchanges.Any other returns are accept only if

 

*Contact us within 7 days after receiving your package.

*Email or WhatsApp us stating what the issue is with clear evidence of videos and photos.

*The hair is not used/lace cut.

*Product should have its original packaging.

*We will review the case and if everything is returned as you received it we will contact you and issue a refund.

How long do you take to respond to email, direct message on social media?
