What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?

Raw Hair: 100% authentic, unprocessed, and not steamed. It is collected from a single donor, meaning each bundle is from one person who has never chemically treated their hair. Raw hair is naturally silky and comes in straight, wavy, and curly textures.

Virgin Hair: Although also unprocessed, each bundle may have up to two donors. To achieve different textures such as kinky curl, body wave, deep wave, water wave, and kinky straight, the hair is gently steam-processed but never chemically altered.

Can you send me the same color of Raw Hair?

At Queen Diva, we make every effort to match your bundles. However, because Raw Hair is 100% natural and sourced from different donors in South East Asia, no two bundles are exactly alike. The hair typically comes in its natural color, ranging from 1B to 2, with no color alterations or dyes applied.

How many grams is a bundle?

Each bundle weighs approximately 95-100 grams.

Can I use heat on my Queen Diva Hair?

Absolutely! Both Raw and Virgin Hair can be heat-styled, straightened, and curled just like your own hair. We highly recommend using a heat protectant spray to preserve its quality.

Dyeing & Bleaching:

All Queen Diva hair can be dyed or bleached to achieve #613 blonde, we recommend using our Raw Single Donor Hair for the best results.

Can I wash my hair?

Yes! Both Raw and Virgin Hair can be washed and conditioned regularly.We recommend using sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners like:

Washing Guidelines:

Wash 1-2 times a month to keep the hair healthy and hydrated.Allow the hair to air dry for best results.

Do you ship internationally? How long does it take?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times vary by location:

Europe: 3-7 working days

Africa: 7-10 working days

USA : 7-10 working days

Custom orders may take longer, and we will notify you via email once your order is confirmed.

How long does Queen Diva Hair last?

With proper care and maintenance:Virgin Hair lasts 3-5 years.Raw Hair lasts 7-9 years.

What is your Return & Refund Policy?

All ORDERS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO returns.

All custom orders meaning custom made wigs , color wig , special orders cannot be returned or exchanged OR CANCELED.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the below applies...

Incase of defects on the purchased unit:

Incase of the wrong product being sent .

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Email or WhatsApp us with clear videos and photos explaining the issue.

Hair must be unused, with the lace uncut and in its original packaging.

Once we review and approve the return, a refund will be issued.

Customs & Duties

Once your package has been shipped, you are responsible for any customs or import charges imposed by your local customs agency. As the importer of record, you must comply with all relevant customs and import regulations. We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.
